Spicy Stir Fried Green Beans

Serves 4

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed

  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 tsp seasoned salt

  • 1 Tbsp Lan Prik Chili Sauce

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil, season with salt and add green beans. Boil for 5 minutes, or until starting to get tender. Drain.

  2. Heat a large skillet or pan over med-high heat. Cook chopped bacon until oil is released and starting to brown.
  3. Add garlic and stir-fry for no more than 10 seconds, then add green beans and seasoned salt. Mix and continue to cook until tender.
  4. Add Lan Prik Chili Sauce, mix, remove from heat, and serve.

**Canned green beans can be used as substitue for fresh green beans. If canned green beans are used, there is no need to boil them (skip step 1).
