Spicy Pork Spring Rolls

There are certain dishes that just pop into your head when you think of a certain type of food. Spring rolls are definitely one of them when Asian food is mentioned. But how do you actually make one (or quite a few using this recipe)? It is actually not as complicated as you might think.

Spicy Pork Spring Rolls

Serves 4 - 8


  • Cilantro

  • Cucumber

  • Leek

  • Chinese celery

  • Perilla leaves

  • Lettuce

  • Grilled Korean spicy pork

  • Rice noodles

  • Rice paper wraps

  1. Wash all vegetables listed in ingredients.

  2. Grill or stir-fry Korean spicy pork

  3. Boil water in a pot, add rice noodles, then drain water after 3 minutes.

  4. Dip rice paper wrap into warm water to soften.

  5. Pile as much vegetables, pork, and rice noodles onto rice paper and ROLL!

  6. Dip in Nam Prik chili sauce and enjoy!


**Chinese celery is really just celery leaves, and perilla leaves can be substituted with mint leaves. Most of these ingredients can be found at your local Asian grocery store.
