Crispy Honey Lan Prik Wings

Crispy Honey Lan Prik Wings

 Serves 4


  • 2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings

  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder

  • 1 Tbsp. kosher salt

  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika

Lan Prik Honey Glaze:

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/3 cup Lan Prik chili sauce

  • 1/4 tsp. sesame oil


  1. Preheat ove to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aliminum foil and place an oven-proof wire rack over the foil.

  2. Whisk baking power, salt, black pepper, and paprika together in a small bowl. Place chicken wings in a large bowl and sprinkle 1/2 of the seasoning mixture over wings and toss to coat. Sprinkle remaining seasoning mixture over wings and toss to coat again. Place wings onto the rack over prepared baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn wings and continue baking for 20 more minutes. Turn wings again and bake until they are browned and crispy (about 15 minutes more). Transfer wings to a clean large bowl.

  4. Whisk honey, Lan Prik chili sauce, and sesame oil together in a bowl until glaze is smooth. Drizzle glase over wings and toss to coat completely.

  5. Transfer wings to a serving plate and enjoy!


**For those that crave extra heat, generously add more Lan Prik chili sauce!
